Returns & Refunds Policy — SpinShape

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
1) Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

After 30 days, we’re usually unable to accept returns.
2) Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

be unused, unworn, and in like-new condition;
-
include original packaging, accessories, and manuals;
-
be accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.
Important: Contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
3) Non-returnable items
For hygiene/safety or value reasons, the following are not returnable:

gift cards, digital downloads;
-
intimate/health items;
-
customized or personalized goods;
-
final sale / clearance items (when indicated);
-
free gifts, replacement parts sent at no charge.
4) Exchanges
We replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect size (subject to stock).
Please email photos/video of the issue plus your order number to Spinshape.sav@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
5) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

we’ll email you about approval or rejection;
-
if approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (bank processing times may vary).
Partial refunds (if applicable)

items not in original condition, with signs of use, or missing parts;
-
items returned outside the return window.
Late or missing refunds

Check your bank/card account first.

Then contact your bank or card issuer.

If you still have not received the refund after 10 business days, email us at Spinshape.sav@gmail.com.
6) Return shipping & fees

Unless we made an error (defective or wrong item), return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable.

Use a trackable shipping service; we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.

For approved exchanges, outbound shipping of the replacement may be covered by SpinShape depending on your region and case.
7) Damaged or missing items on delivery
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the outer box, shipping label, and the item(s): Spinshape.sav@gmail.com.
8) Wrong item received
If you received the wrong item, we’ll replace it at no cost. Please contact us upon receipt.
9) Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement if they haven’t entered fulfillment. After that, please submit a standard return request once delivered.
10) Return address
Return locations vary by product and warehouse. Do not ship anything before you receive your RMA and return instructions by email: Spinshape.sav@gmail.com.
11) Legal rights
This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or state.
